VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON YOGA CLASSES

We bring the magic of yoga into children's lives through games, dance, music, art, storytelling, movement and meditation in an age-appropriate and trauma-sensitive way.

Monkinya offers online and in-person classes for families, kids' birthday parties, after-school programs and daycares in Greater Vancouver Area. Contact Us to find out how we can meet on the mat.

Almost 7 years on, and I still use the techniques I learnt in a workshop by Monkinya, totally worth it! Our favorite is “Name it to Tame it”. And my daughter still loves playing with her yoga cards.
