Monkinya for the whole child
Your job is to play, explore, and follow your curiosity. Ours is to help you grow by building emotional resilience and regulation through the right tools, experiences, and support. At Monkinya, I meet you where you are and speak your language: together, we play, create, explore, and connect.
Relying on mindfulness only during a meltdown is like trying to learn to surf in a storm. By actively developing these skills in calm moments through play, you empower your child to confidently navigate their emotions when big feelings come.
Children learn best through play, curiosity, and hands-on experiences. My resources, classes and workshops are designed to bring mindfulness and movement into your children’s daily lives in a playful and lighthearted way!
Accessible mindfulness for your littles
Bring mindfulness into your home effortlessly with my printable, affordable, easy-peasy resources designed for families, including:

Mandala coloring pages – A creative way to slow down, self-soothe, and build focus, with positive affirmations at the center.
Yoga dice & cards – Playful movement-based activities that encourage body awareness, self-expression, and mindful movement.
…emotion cards and more! Suitable for ages 2+
Online yoga & mindfulness clases
Available as 1:1 or group sessions, my online classes introduce mindfulness and movement in an engaging, age-appropriate way. For 1:1 sessions, I take a child-led approach, tailoring each session to their unique needs, interests, and emotional well-being. Through trauma-sensitive and mindfulness - based approach, I create an inclusive, supportive space where all children can explore mindfulness in a safe and empowering way.
