PARENT, TEACHER, CALM-SEEKER: MEET MERVE

EDUCATOR, Children’s mındfulness and Yoga Teacher, PARENTING COACh

My journey into mindfulness began with my own story of healing childhood trauma of experiencing a long-term illness as a child.

After spending years working with children in hospitals, schools and private practice, witnessing the impact of mindfulness and yoga on children, I created Monkinya to pass on my learnings and share tools to help build resilience, self-compassion, and courage from an early age.

Now, as a mom to my little one, I’ve learned that mindfulness begins with us and fills our homes with calm, kindness and compassion.

Let’s get social!
